I am a husband and a father. My lovely wife Sarah, and I have been married 10 years. We often look back on our wedding day together with fond memories. It really is, a special day in our lives. As a wedding photographer, I love to capture all of the joy, emotion, unique moments, and everything a wedding day represents. I take great pride in creating a professional set of stunning images that I know will make people very happy, for a very long time.
I pride myself on being a reliable and trustworthy person. I describe my style of photography as contemporary, however for me it is also about the professional service I offer. It is my role to blend into your wedding plans. On the day itself, I like to adopt a low-profile approach. This helps me capture the unique and important moments as they happen. I really care about your wedding day. I make sure, I capture the finer details of your day. When you look back at your wedding album, I want you to relive the magic of the day itself, as much as remembering the details of bringing your lives together.
From our first communications through to the final delivery of your memories, you can be confident of a stress free and personal service from me. We will initially meet to discuss your needs and requirements. All of our consultations together will be around you and your individual preferences. We will get to know each other prior to the wedding day itself, which helps to enable you to relax and enjoy your day. I do this by offering a pre-wedding shoot, which I find helps couples to feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
I feel very privileged as a wedding photographer. Having worked in some of the most prestigious venues across Oxfordshire, Cotswolds, Berkshire, Warwickshire, Gloucester and Northamptonshire. If I am lucky enough, I get to be a wedding photographer in a different country from time to time. Although, my favorite venues are right here in the UK. Notely Abbey, Eynsham Hall, Oxford University Colleges, The Baytree Hotel, The Whatley Hall Hotel, Hampton Manor, South Farm, Hengrave Hall are just some of the venues I have photographed weddings.

How it works
I love to talk Weddings. Meeting up some months before the big day, helps me to get an understanding of the photographs that are important to you. It gives you the opportunity to talk to me about the photos you like, and what moments you want to look back on after the wedding. We can then discuss the best ways to capture these moments. I have lots of different wedding photos for you to look through. You can decide which ones you like and the style of photography you are looking for.I love to talk Weddings. Deciding a venue can be tough. I am always there to give my experiences of the venues if you require guidance. Once you have decided on the venue, the venue visit will give us the chance to talk about the big day and discuss your favourite parts of the venue that can be used for settings in the group and wedding party photographs. I will always bring the camera to test a few shots. You don’t have to decide there and then. You will have plenty of time to think about these.
The pre-engagement shoot provides a chance to get some last photographs of you both together before married life. These photos are often cherished by couples as it represents a different time in your lifes. It also is a great way to ensure you are relaxed and familiar with the camera.
The morning of the day tells it own stories. Last minute preparations, panics with the dress, hair, make up and transport are all quickly forgotten and put into significance later in the day. When you look back at these photos, its the people around you that really count. The bridesmaids, friends and family all coming together for you, are memories to cherish.
The Ceremony. The last thing on your mind at this time will be photography. Rest assured, I will have these moments taken care of. During the ceremony I will move without notice. Capturing those all important images packed with emotion. After the ceremony. You need not worry. I will direct, organise and put into action all of the photos that we have previously planned months in advance.
Everybody loves a wedding reception. For many this bit can go by in a flash.. or for some a bit of a blur. For me I work hard to capture these moments so they can be remembered. Its amazing how clever photography can remind you of the warming words of the fathers speech and the amusing tales of the best man. Then there’s the dancing. The first dance through to the last dance. The first are the photos I love to take, although the last can be just as memorable.
After all is said and done, and you are now happily married. The stress, excitement and exhilaration of the event will be but a memory. When you are relaxed and ready, I will arrive and it’s time to relive the day again. Often over a glass of wine and sometimes with friends. I will present to you all of the amazing images of your wedding day. I will let you choose exactly which ones you want to keep and we can talk about which memories each image reflects. It’s then about the all important topic of your wedding album. Creating the story of what your day means to you, using photography. When we have done this, I will present to you, your wonderfully crafted wedding album.
